Requestors should be aware of the no amplified sound policy during weekday class hours, until after 5pm. Events may not set up in a way that will obstruct traffic or the free flow of sidewalk traffic, and pathways for Emergency Vehicles must be kept clear. View the full guidelines policy on Land Use. (61K PDF file) To request use of areas within Housing (Southwest, Central, Northeast, Sylvan & Orchard Hill) contact Assoc. Director of Housing, John Findley at 545-1966. To request use of the Rhododendron Garden, Durfee Garden and Durfee Conservatory contact John Tristan in Plant & Soil Sciences at 545-5234. All food arrangements must be made through Campus Catering Services at 545-0418, as outside food vendors are not allowed. It may be possible to obtain a waiver form. If event shall include food, a Service Request should be submitted for the delivery of trash barrel from Physical Plant Grounds Dept.
